Please be specific with item sizes, quantities, and brands if you have a preference. We make substitutions when possible, please specify if you do not wish to have substitutions made (ex. Brand, size, flavors, allergies, etc.)
We shop at Safeway for all orders and will use other stores as needed to best fill your order. Please let us know if you prefer the other nearby grocery store, Fireside Market.
Due to state regulations, we do not currently process orders for alcoholic beverages.
Yes, you can provide entry instructions to your unit when placing your order or by responding to the text message confirmation sent on the morning of your delivery date to have your order delivered before your arrival. All deliveries are made between 4-6pm.
Please provide us with the property management company you used when booking your stay. In some cases, we may be able to contact the property manager to find out your unit number and arrange for delivery. This is not a guarantee, especially during busy seasons.
Yes. We always put any freezer and refrigerated items away. Non-perishable items are left on the counter to put away as you wish.
A $40 delivery fee is taken at the time your order is placed. Upon completion of your delivery, and within 24 to 48 hours, we will charge the card you made your deposit on, for the final balance of your grocery bill plus 25%. Should you need to adjust your card information at any time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will accept cancellation of your order up to 72 hours before your delivery at no charge to you. If you choose to cancel your order within 72 hours of your delivery, we will waive the $40 delivery fee, but you will still be charged the amount of your groceries plus our 25% shopping fee.
Substitutions will be made for out of stock items as best possible. Please specify if you DO NOT wish to have substitutions made. Disclaimer- our small grocery store is out of stock of items frequently, especially holiday weekends.
