How It Works

Order Your Groceries

Use our easy three-step process to submit your order online through our website. Upon submission of your order, we will charge our $40 reservation/delivery fee to your credit card.

Delivery of Your Order

We will deliver your order to your accommodations before 6:00pm on your day of delivery. In some cases, we will be able to deliver your order prior your arrival and place in pantry/refrigerator.

Paying for Your Order

On the same day of delivery, we will charge your card for the amount of your grocery bill + 25% shopping fee of your grocery bill.

All you have left to do is enjoy your vacation!

Ordering and Cancellation Policy:

*Orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure delivery priority. Any orders placed within two days of desired delivery will be processed as quickly as possible, but may be delayed due to scheduling of previously placed orders, and will be charged an additional $25 rush order fee.

*Due to supply chain shortages, out of stock items may be omitted from your order.

*Due to state regulations, we do not currently process orders for alcoholic beverages.

*We always use a discount card at our local grocery store in order to get you the best possible price on your order.

*We only accept orders through our website. No phone orders, please.

*We will accept cancelation of your order up to 48 hours before your delivery at no charge to you. If you choose to cancel your order within 48 hours of your delivery, we will waive the $40 delivery fee, but you will still be charged the amount of your groceries plus our 25% shopping fee. Within this 48-hour window, your groceries may already be purchased and we must pass this cost along to you.

*Due to state regulations, we do not currently process orders for alcoholic beverages.

*Grocery receipts are kept on-file in our office and may be obtained upon request.
